Grapes harvested from August to September. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Blending in late January.

Pale colour and direct nose offering intense floral aromas. Rich and oily palate. A delicate wine with plenty of character and aromas of citrus fruits. Enjoy served between 12 and 14°C. The ideal choice for a fish pie, shellfish, salmon marinaded in dill, sea bass in fennel, langoustines in paprika and even exotic foods.
